This unit introduces the words, phrases and language that is used in professional environments.

If you have previously completed the "FOUNDATION WORKPLACE" course, you will discover that this course is similar, except this new course focuses on the advanced language used in a professional workplace. This course will help you to comprehend the terminology, and write better reports, using the professional language.

There is also the addition of a new video series, "Professional Workforce Literacy", which helps you to convert everyday language to appropriate professional phrases.
