Home License
FANTASTIC PHONICS can be printed and copied for personal use only.
- You cannot seek or accept payment for any copies you create under a Personal Use License.
- Any breach will be referred to Federal authorities under the various copyright laws which apply.

Institutional License
Schools, Teaching Facilities, Literacy Programs and other Educational Institutions which intend to provide the program to the students must purchase a School License if they wish to provide copies to students.

The Institutional License confers the right to print copies and distribute these at no cost to students. It does not confer the right to resell the printed booklets, or copies of the booklets. You must not seek or accept payment for the booklets.

The Institutional License allows the licensee (the School) to ...
- Print copies of the 60 booklets for a single class of 35 students.
- The Product must be purchased in the name of the Institution/School

General
- Neither the Personal License or the Distribution License confers ownership of the software.
- You are expressly not permitted to resell the FANTASTIC PHONICS software, or the booklets.
- You are not permitted to alter the booklets in any way.
- When printed and/or copied, the booklets must remain identical to the software versions.
- Any breach will be referred to Federal authorities under the various copyright laws which apply.
